People who continue to do well are the ones who are curious, willing to learn and are constantly seeking intellectual stimulation.
Today, we have so many opportunities and tools to learn, but it all comes down to the three essential Ls of Learning:
1. Lifelong Learning – Always see your self as a student who can learn from anyone and everyone. Opportunities to collaborate, experiment and network are wonderful ways to keep the lifelong learning going.
2. Leverage – This happens when you use your learning to also provide value to others to improve and uplift them.
3. Labor of Love – It is a sweet spot where your passion and effort come together. So when you learn a musical instrument or a sport, that is labor of love.
When these 3Ls come together, your transformation takes place.
